Qasid sits on top of the mailbox you already have. It reads and sends through your own mail server, so every message stays on your server, Outlook and your phone’s mail app keep working, and you can stop using Qasid any time without losing a single email.

How it works

1. Create your account. Sign up with your name and email. Every new account starts with a free trial of the paid features.
2. Connect your mailbox. Type your email address and mailbox password. Qasid finds the right server settings for most hosts by itself; you only fill them in if your host is unusual.
3. Start working. Your folders and mail appear right away. Add more mailboxes (sales@, support@) and invite your team when you’re ready.

Do I have to change my DNS or MX records?

No. Your domain and mail server stay exactly as they are. Qasid logs in to your mailbox the same way Outlook does.

Will Outlook and my phone’s mail app still work?

Yes. Read, sent and deleted mail stays in sync everywhere, because it all lives on your mail server.

What if I stop using Qasid?

Does it work with Gmail and Outlook.com?
