Features / Schedule and snooze
Send at the right time, every time.
Write now, send later. Repeat every week or month. Snooze mail until you can deal with it, and undo a send you regret.
Why it matters
An email that arrives at 9 am on Monday gets read. One that arrives at 11 pm on Saturday gets buried. Qasid lets you write whenever suits you and deliver when it suits them.
Scheduled mail goes out from the server, so your laptop can be closed and your phone can be off.
What you get
- Schedule send. Quick picks (tomorrow morning, Monday) or any date and time, with the time zone shown so there are no surprises.
- Repeating emails. The monthly report, the weekly reminder to the team, the invoice on the 1st: set it once, daily, weekly or monthly.
- Scheduled folder. Everything waiting to go, with a countdown. Edit or cancel any time before it leaves.
- Snooze. Hide an email until later today, tomorrow, the weekend or a date you pick. It comes back to the top of your Inbox, unread.
- Undo send. A few seconds to take back an email after you press Send: 5, 10, 20 or 30, your choice.
- Templates and signatures. Save the replies you write again and again, with a signature for each mailbox.
