Features / Follow-ups

Follow-ups that never slip.

A reminder when nobody replies, or a series of polite follow-ups that send themselves and stop the moment they answer.

Why it matters

Most deals and payments are lost not because the client said no, but because nobody followed up. Keeping track of who hasn’t replied in your head, or in a spreadsheet, doesn’t work once you send more than a few emails a day.

Qasid watches for the reply for you. Choose a simple reminder, or let a follow-up sequence write back in the same thread on day 3, day 7 and day 14. As soon as they reply, everything stops by itself.

How it works

  1. Write your email. In Compose, choose “Remind me if no reply” or pick a follow-up sequence.
  2. Qasid watches for an answer. It checks your Inbox (and the folders your rules file mail into) for a reply from the people you wrote to.
  3. Reminder or automatic follow-up. No reply? You get a reminder, or the next follow-up goes out in the same thread. A reply stops it all.

What you get

Payment reminders without the awkwardness

Send the invoice with the “Payment reminder” sequence: a gentle note after 5 days, a firmer one after 12. Most clients pay after the first one, and you never had to remember.

What counts as a reply?

Can I stop a sequence myself?
