Qasid vs Roundcube: the same mailbox, a modern inbox

Roundcube is the free webmail that comes with cPanel. Qasid works on the very same mailbox and adds what Roundcube doesn’t do.

If your email is on cPanel hosting, you already have Roundcube. It is free, simple and it works, and that is why hosts install it everywhere.

It was built for reading and sending one person’s mail. Businesses now need more: knowing an email was read, following up on time, sharing sales@ with a team. Qasid connects to the same mailbox, so you can use both side by side and nothing moves.

Questions

Can I keep using Roundcube?

Yes. Both read the same mailbox on your server, so mail you send or delete in one shows up the same in the other.

Do I need to change anything in cPanel?

No. Qasid signs in to your mailbox like Outlook does. No DNS or MX changes.
